Great food stall in the market hall. We went there for lunch and paid €20 for two duck burgers – one with blue cheese and one with goat cheese. A very fair price. The food is very tasty, freshly prepared, and you can watch it being made. The service is very relaxed, even during the preparation, so you don’t feel stressed while eating. Definitely recommended.

We were strolling trough the market for a quick lunch break and our attention got captured from the little crowd in front of this place. You place your order on the screen and you’re ready to go. There’s only one person dealing with quite a lot of clients, but the guy beneath the desk knows exactly what he does and the food tastes exceptionally good! We had a duck burger with cheddar, so juicy, fantastic….definitely a recommended mandatory stop at the food court of the in-door market.
The Duck Truck at Markthal absolutely lives up to the hype. I ordered the duck burger with goat cheese, and it was phenomenal. The duck was juicy and packed with flavor, and the goat cheese added a rich, creamy contrast that worked perfectly without overpowering the meat. Everything felt thoughtfully balanced and clearly made with care. The fries on the side were hot, crisp, and exactly what you want alongside a great burger. Service was quick and friendly, even with the steady crowd, and the stall itself looks awesome under the Markthal ceiling—it really draws you in. If you’re wandering through Markthal and want something memorable, filling, and a little different from the usual, The Duck Truck is an easy recommendation. I’d happily order this again.
Amazing burgers, honestly some of the very best I've ever eaten. Do yourself a favour and check them out yourself! The service was very fast, considering how many people were lining up, though quality was still very much so spot on. Atmosphere was a bit ruined by an onslaught of people going front and back. Also, somebody had farted behind us, causing us to clench our noses for a bit. Price is quite high imo, about 19€ for a burger, fries and a drink, but then again most food in the surrounding venues goe around 16 to 30€ or more per person. P.s. honest recommendation for truffle sauce.

If I could've given 10 stars I would have. Very kind man serving really curated burgers. I personally fell in love with the duck burgers Eith goat cheese and Blue cheese. Top 3 burgers I've ever eaten!
